Yesterday was M’s birthday and we celebrated by going to see the Baltimore Orioles/Kansas City Royals game. I was worried that the game was going to be rained out, especially when they covered the diamond shortly before game time. We did have some showers and the game start was delayed about half an hour but the weather was fairly cooperative. We were sitting under the overhang so when it did rain we stayed nice and dry! Unlike most of the crowd, we stayed through the extra innings holding out hope that the Orioles could pull ahead. The Orioles didn’t win but it was still a great game nonetheless with a few home runs and great plays.
