Tuck Tuck Goose

Maryland was blessed with a lovely day so this afternoon Tucker and I drove over to Centennial Park to go for a walk and embrace the sorely missed sunshine. Bees were whizzing around from flower to flower as we stopped to take in the beauty of the cherry blossoms. During our walk we also encountered an ornery goose who had the audacity to open its beak and hiss at us when we tried to take a rest on the bench. After a few minutes of my refusal to back down (and some throaty whines from Mr. Tucker) we came to a mutual understanding that neither the dog nor I were out to hurt the creature, and it humored us by posing for some photos.
