The perfect Pico de Gallo!

3-4 large roma tomatoes
1/2 large spanish onion
4-5 jalapeño peppers
1 medium lime
1 bunch cilantro
1/4 t sea salt

Seed jalapeños and roma tomatoes. Reserve jalapeño seeds.

Chop onion, roma tomatoes, and jalapeños into a uniform dice. Transfer to medium sized bowl and add the juice of a lime, about 1/4 C chopped cilantro, and 1/4 t sea salt. Top with lime zest and toss together to combine flavors!

Add jalapeño seeds to increase the heat! Enjoy!
yields about 4 cups
